We can delivery fresh wholesale flowers and foliage directly to most address’s in Mainland UK only, please check with us before placing an order if you’re in a remote area.
Flowers arrive with us twice a week and we are able to courier out your order on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The flowers are then delivered the next day, all orders are delivered 2 days (3 days if a Sunday) before your event.
We use the courier DHL who has a national network of more than 50 sites and 3500 vehicles.
We like to recycle whenever possible, so we use flower boxes that we receive to pack your flowers in. Each box is very carefully packed, flowers being banded into position. If the weather is hot ice packs are added to keep the flower at the best temperature possible.
The boxes are sealed and marked “Fragile” and carry our Flowermonger brand.
Please ensure you are at home for delivery as the flowers should be unpacked and conditioned as soon as possible. Failing this the delivery driver will leave a calling card in the delivery address mail box with instructions on how to collect the order from their depot – please note, the order will probably not be available for collection until the following day. This may risk the condition of your flowers.
We use UKMail next day service:
Next day delivery: the delivery is booked to arrive in the morning BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Delays do happen so be aware the parcel may arrive in the afternoon, someone must be in to receive your flowers.
Please note – for Scotland and some remote areas of the UK (for example Cornwall), there may only be a next day (i.e can arrive up to 6.00 pm) please let us know your postcode and we can advise if this effects you. In Scotland we can only sent parcels via the following depots – Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Aberdeen.
We are unable to supply flowers to the Inverness regions. the Highlands or Northern Ireland as they don’t have a next day service.
