Refunds or Cancellations
In the unlikely event your flowers or foliage are damaged, photographs must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day as delivery. We will process the refund for the value of the goods in question once your request has been accepted.
We will accept an order cancellation upto 1 week before the delivery date. This must be telephoned and email through, then we can process the refund of your 50% deposit. After this time the flower order will have been placed and you will need to pay the balance of your order.
